HEARTBREAK & SEPARATION

After Mawaddat (Lulu) disappears without a trace, Aliyu Mika’il Idris Mawashi (Smart Mawashi) is left devastated. He returns to the UK, where he signs with Queen City Football Club, a small but promising team. His life changes drastically—he becomes more withdrawn, colder, and fully immersed in his football career.

Meanwhile, Lulu has fled to Canada with the help of Dada, who orchestrates her disappearance to separate her from Smart. Unbeknownst to Lulu, she is pregnant with Smart’s child, a truth hidden from her by Dada and Dr. Olivia.

THE BITTER TRUTH

Lulu begins experiencing severe sickness. Worried, her caretaker Ummitacalls Dada, who rushes to Canada. A medical examination confirms Lulu is three months pregnant. Furious, Dada arranges for Dr. Olivia to terminate the pregnancy without Lulu’s knowledge.

When Lulu regains consciousness, she senses something is wrong, but Dada convinces her that it was just an illness. The loss of her unborn child, though unknown to her, adds to the strange emptiness she feels.

SMART’S NEW LIFE

Smart, unaware of Lulu’s condition, tries to move on but is haunted by memories of her. His only solace is football, where he excels. Despite his rising fame, he remains emotionally detached from everyone around him.

Back in Nigeria, Daddy and Uncle Yusuf continue searching for Lulu. Their suspicions about Dada and Alhaji Sulaiman deepen. Daddy confronts Alhaji Sulaiman, leading to a power struggle between them. Bring back my daughter, or I will expose all your secrets," Daddy warns.

LULU’S TRANSFORMATION

Months later, Lulu, still in Canada, undergoes a major transformation. No longer the rebellious girl, she becomes more composed, though bitterness still lingers in her heart. She convinces herself that Smart betrayed her and focuses on building a new life.

Dada, sensing her control slipping, pressures Lulu to marry Tajuddeen, a wealthy family associate. Lulu refuses, sparking a heated confrontation. "You will never control me again," she declares.

A TWIST OF FATE

Back in the UK, Smart receives shocking news—Lulu has been spotted in Canada. Despite his pain, he is determined to find her. "She is still my wife," he tells Uncle Yousuf, who supports his decision to bring her back.

Meanwhile, Lulu finally learns the truth about her lost pregnancy. Heartbroken and enraged, she confronts Dada. Their confrontation ends with Lulu leaving Canada, vowing never to return.

DESTINED OR DOOMED?

Lulu and Smart’s paths cross again in London. Their reunion is explosive—filled with pain, unresolved emotions, and undeniable love.

Smart, unable to contain his emotions, tells her, "You were never supposed to leave. I never stopped loving you."

Lulu, with tears in her eyes, replies, "Then why did you let me go?"

Their love story is far from over. But as forces conspire against them, they must fight for their happiness—or lose it forever.
